What they're doing to this guy is criminal. The cops are worse than the drug dealers. Hiding behind their badges to deny the will of the people of California, who voted to allow medical marijuana, because they don't like the vote. They get sympathetic judges to hear the case. This one who summarily dismissed the fact that he set up a cooperative complying with the laws of this state. If Davidovich loses, where would medical marijuana patients get their medication? This is not about the law at all. This is about cops that don't like marijuana, and will use whatever ruses they can to stop it.
I will admit that I'm a Libertarian, and believe that government has no right whatsoever to stop people from indesting drugs or alcohol, so long as these people do not harm others, steal, drive under the influence, etc. Why don't they arrest fat people who cause us high medical bills? Why not smokers? Why not drinkers? All of these people are allegedly harming their body, and harming society, if you believe their line of reasoning.
I wish had the money to donat to this guy. He is a hero. A true patriot who's sticking up for his rights...and OURS too. All reading this and who have the money, should send him as much as they can. If he loses, we ALL lose. We let a tyrannical government dictate to us how to live our life.
This is a frigging WEED!!! For crying out loud! That's why they call it WEED. It grows like grass. It eases peoples pain and suffering, and for those that use it recreationally, it helps them relax. Better than alcohol, and much safer for you, too.
Yet, these frigging idiot cops continue this insane war, while people are getting killed and murdered over grass because they want to keep it ill;egal, when millions of people want to use it.
40 years now....millions of lives, billions of dollars in fighting something many people want. How long will the carnage go on.
My hat's off to Davidovich. A true hero.
