Don't I have to sign something before PreEmp Test?

Any help out there.....I have accepted a position. When I recieved the offer sheet it said it was contigent on a background check and "post offer" drug test. Since I can not go into the main office I recieved the paperwork via mail to fill out and send back. Will send back on Friday afternoon to buy some time. It has release form for the background check but nothing for the "post offer" drug test. I am to start in two weeks 8/10. Whats up with that? Don't I have to sign something before or can they spring it on me or is the offer sheet statement enough? I was told the before the test they need to do the background check but thought the release would be in the packet?

I'm thinking I have until around late next week, I'm REALLY WORRIED......
50 YO 6'0 195 long time smoker 2 gm month. Not very active. Last smoked on 7/20, have started to work our...(Fast Walking)...test this morning, first pee mid stream and came up positive. Tested later today after dilution and came up with a faint line.

Any advice and cmfort id appreciated.

They should have atleast sent you the UA form with the name and adress of where they want you to test or are you going to have to move and they will test you there.
You maybe able to get clean in time but kind of doubtful. I would research either subbing with synthetic urine or somebody elses clean urine.

They should have sent you a chain of custody form for your drug test along with your offer paperwork. If they are going to do a "post offer" drug test they may give you the info on your first day or after you pass background check. Wait for them to send you the info. Its also possible that not all positions are tested only select ones. My co. only tests management and select hourly positions. Either way it looks like you have bought some time to clean out more for dillution or look in to subbing, Since its a pre employment test it will not be monitored.

I looked into Quick Fit...looks good but it says to put it in your pocket...Thats not going to work...my question is if I tape it to my body with the pad will the temp reading go to high?

Nuke it for 10 seconds and then put it in your shorts. It'll stay within temp for a couple hours. Practice first.
