As long as the pipe has no residue it is perfectly legal to have a water pipe, or regular pipe because you could be using them for tobacco. Just make sure everything is squeaky clean and wrap it in a towel put it in a bag , and take it to your preferred destination.
Thanks!! I was thinking that because I normally do that even in my home state (Where I reside right now) but I don't know too much about Kentucky and learning a new way of life is going to be hard but I'm hoping easy! :jointsmile:

I know I have said this a few times But I'm moving into Kentucky next year and I'd like to educate myself a bit for the laws regarding obtaining pipes, bongs, paraphernalia or just overall pieces being brought from out of state into Kentucky. I spoke with my cousin who lives in Kentucky and I had asked her if there were any head shops/smoke shops out in Kentucky and she had told me from what she knows she hasn't seen any (She's lived in Kentucky for her whole life) and the closest shop would be in Nashville Tenn, which isn't a Rating: 5
