I know I have said this a few times
But I'm moving into Kentucky next year and I'd like to educate myself a bit for the laws regarding obtaining pipes, bongs, paraphernalia or just overall pieces being brought from out of state into Kentucky. I spoke with my cousin who lives in Kentucky and I had asked her if there were any head shops/smoke shops out in Kentucky and she had told me from what she knows she hasn't seen any (She's lived in Kentucky for her whole life) and the closest shop would be in Nashville Tenn, which isn't a big deal because I'm not going to be too far off from Nashville but driving out of state back and fourth would be annoying and possibly troublesome :wtf:
If anyone on here that lives in Kentucky (I'm not looking for any hook ups, smoke sessions, or anything such) I just would like to know a little bit more on what the laws would be on just even having a clean piece.. I've looked all over the internet and haven't found anything about it so I thought well I'm signed up on the forums, I'm getting pretty known and trusted why not ask eh? The worst that could happen is this topic would get just reviews and nothing said. :jointsmile:KyleIsNorml Reviewed by KyleIsNorml on . As long as the pipe has no residue it is perfectly legal to have a water pipe, or regular pipe because you could be using them for tobacco. Just make sure everything is squeaky clean and wrap it in a towel put it in a bag , and take it to your preferred destination.

Kyle this is not related to your question because I know sweet fuck all about Kentucky, but I think if our paths crossed one day we would get along. You're a good guy. Just thought I'd give you a little ego boost. Take it easy man.

15 seconds worth of google for ya, there's obviously head shops there, I believe the law's rather universal in regards to so long as it has no marijuana residue that is in fact a 'tobacco pipe.'

I will be honest with you all, sometimes I know the answers to my own questions or other peoples questions (I didn't in this topic post, that is why I did post!) but I ask on the forums because it's something to talk about for a while and I feel it brings people closer to one another whether your a couple miles away or thousand miles away.. this forum may only bring everyone as close as it has
