Well... some time ago, when this boards had a lot more of active members, there used to be a few doctors here... and surely one of them could help you, or at least send you to a suitable doctor... but nowadays i think you will have to wait some time until you get a doctors reply.

Anyway... are you interested only in marinol? After all, it is made from cannabis, so im sure smoking (or vaporizing or eating or drinking or whatever) the right strain of cannabis would have the same effect of it.
