Got a friend that claims 26 yr. old beans, and I believe him.
We have recently generated fresh seeds, but the ancient ones still had a great germ. rate.
Something to try since they have been on ice so long.
Try freezing some aerated water into big, cloudy, ice-cubes.
Plant a seed and stack a couple cubes on it.
Then let them melt naturally.
Worked on the GainesvilleGreen seeds.:thumbsup:
