Quick question on EcoLite... do you think a 125w EcoLite would be more called for then a 150w MH or HPS ?

BRAINSTORM,VOODOO AND POWER PLANT GROWLOG OK,so i have been real busy the last few days.i was growing in a closet i built.it had two chambers.one for vegging and one for flowering.but since i up graded from a 250w hps to a 400whps i was struggling to keep the temps below 28 degrees c. so i ripped it out of my shed and built an open plan grow space instead.its not as pleasing on the eye,but fuck it.results matter.. the first of my seeds have sprouted through over the weekend.first born was a voodoo followed closley by a brainstorm.im Rating: 5

Quick question on EcoLite... do you think a 125w EcoLite would be more called for then a 150w MH or HPS ?

ive gotten my best results using mh for veg and a mixture of hps and 27000k ecolite for flowering. even a 150w would do for 2 plants like yours deleafer, u would defo see the improvment in mixing the spectrums..

alas for this grow i had to use 400w hps and 64000k ecolite to veg and flower..the buds in the pic tell there own story lol

hay kicks,im looking to pick your brain on soil.. where can i get some good soil and how much perlite and vermiculite should i use...

i was in a grow shop yesterday looking around and they had bio bizz all mix and bio bizz gold..are any of these soils worth buying or can i use topsoil from my garden?.?.?

im gonna buy tomorrow so if you could get back to me today id be eternaly grateful..

go to woodies d.i.y.. ask for shamrock potting soil.. 2 bales for 12 euro..
also at woodies pick up a bag of perlite and vermiculate. mix 4 parts soil to i part perlite and one part vermiculite and you wont go wrong.. should cost about 26 euro total..

the biobizz cost asmuch and doesnt work aswell in my experience, and only lasts half as long..:thumbsup:
