so in response to your question: the PISSINATOR & its refills are not sold in any retail store (only available online & over the phone). i ordered a refill pack recently & asked that same question.

where to get one: go to their website PISSINATOR.comTHE PISSINATOR (i know you guys dont like posts naming sites but i figure since its in response to MOMO1313's question you might let it slide).

regarding shipping: the cost is pretty much average in comparisson to other online shipping prices & there is a promo code (anniversary). if you use it, you will get a $30 discount. so that should help.
