Top leaves started wilting a clawing over last 12 hours

I came home from work and check on my plants. And the top 2 main stems leaves were wilting something bad and clawing even worse. 2 days ago I used some bud enhancer. And I didn't measure and I am pretty sure i used to much. I have been using this stuff for about 3 weeks as my plants started flowering about 4 weeks ago. Untill now I haven't had any problems other then its not working like i thought it would. I am using a 150w HPS. In the last 4 weeks it has grown about 20 inches. I flushed my plant off the nutr's today. The top leaves are starting to get hard and crack; but are starting to recover. Can anyone tell what is happening. Oh I am growing with Mircl. Grow Moisture Control Soil. This is my first grow. Pics are included. And the light is now about 12 inches from the longest stem. I have 2 tall stems and 2 short ones. I have been only growing this since April (when I planted the seed). And its a female.

Always measure your nutes and additives carefully. Guesswork kills plants.

Likely the ph dropped too low when you od'd them with the bud enhancers. Next time they need watering, I'd flush again with properly ph'd water, then watch the new growth to see if it's happy or not.

The claw's will not change much for the better, (old leaves are old news anwway) but if all is well and returning to normal...the new growth will be the indicator. Also, I'd leave the clawed leaves alone. They look funny, but are still doing their job if pliable and green. (depending on the severity of the ph drop)

rusty is spot on..allways measure your neuts.srart of with small dosages and work up as the plant grows... TLC is all it needs... have you topped the plant during veg...

Also, what size pot are they in, when was last transplant, and what kind of flowering nutes are you giving her beyond the bud enhancer?

rusty hit the nail on the head.next time use wider pots. they look tall and skinny plants so your pots are probably the same.bigger pots=bigger buds=more friends calling

No i never topped them at all. This is my first grow, and I was just kidda winging it. Half way through there veg cycle I did get rid of a bunch of leaves. I know bad mistake. But I know next time I need to top them hence the reason why there so tall and lanky. They are in a 8" pot and its about 8" wide at the top. It was just a standard pot that I bought from walmart. Should I transplant them even though they are in the flower stage? I am not giving any other nutes other then budding enhancer from that mircle grow crap. Is that light to close as well? Cause I raise it once the light cycle starts again.

Also, my "flowers" at the top are only about 3/4" tall. Are they going to get bigger, and when are they going to start looking like buds as like in all the pictures I see on the web and in mag's?

dont worry , after flushing them check for recovery over the next week and then start on 1/4 strenght neuts.how long are they growing as its ok to remove yellow leaves in moderation.if they grow any more depends on there age ..april seems a long time to grow under lights.if your hand is hot when you place it on the top of the plant then your light is too close. post some close ups if you can. happy growing

Yea I planted the seed in April. I didnt' know you could force flowering any time after the plants were 10-15" tall. I thought you had to wait for a entire summer or outdoor grow season to go by. But I will make the changes for next time. I will post pictures in about 2.5 hours as the lights will turn back on.

by cutting the light cycle the plant starts to flower.put a cardboard over it for 12 hours a day,, giving it 12 light and you will get some buds appearing.you can still re pot it now if its still vegging.maybe the roots are pressed against the sides of your pot too long..the wilting leaves could be the plants way of telling you this. happy growing
