yeah, that was my first thought, too. Why couldn't Oakland just go ahead and legalize non med use on its own, now, pre-initiative? then drop any tax for med use but tax not medical use if helps them with the voters. But I don't live in California anymore so I'll leave it up to y'all to decide this one. :jointsmile:

If it were up to me I would just have the State plant tons of quality clones all over the place and give it out for free. Everyone should have safe legal (and free :stoned: ) access. it would promote peace and the pursuit of happiness. :hippy:
