I passed by abstaining and going on a high fiber diet, big cardio workout regimen. I did mildly dillute with 40 oz of gatorade and i took creatine supplements to be on the safe side. I abstained for 25 days prior to taking the test and I was a 1-2 joint a day smoker for 1 1/2 yrs. But I was practicing and experimenting and after 7 days smoke free I was passing with dillution. For dillution to really work you do need to combine it with abstinence. I'm not a subber but plenty members are. I would suggest you look into substitution. Search the threads for info. If you are taking a pre employment test, it will not be monitored and you should be able to sub safely.
