We have replaced our staff as of 2/3/11

as far as the paperwork goes we had to do this according to lawyers to be compliant. as of July 2010. The real enforcement starts March 1st of 2011 we are being warned by DOR. They have already confiscated a warehouse ( Optional Grow) because the Centers paperwork did not add up, no warnings, no fines, just shut down and confiscated. The guy lost his whole investment of well over $100,000.00.

There is no excuse for employees being rude and that is being dealt with. But we have to do what we have to do to comply with this bullshit of 1284 and that is to protect the investment of time and $$$ that we have into this.

Still, it makes little sense to prevent prior customers from checking out the stock, and to require paperwork in January for a presumed change 5 weeks from now. Had I not happened to stop in, you'd still only have what i filled out a year ago.

Not looking for a hassle, either. Its just unfortunate how the regulatory bs is changing the entire nature of the interraction. Peace.

Same here, I am frustrated more then I think most people are, I had allot invested and have been forced on the sidelines in many ways, so day to day operations have suffered, I am hoping this all gets worked out in court before it destroys all the once cool centers.
I dont know if you know what it's like to create something from scratch and just when things couldn't have looked better have the State take it from you. And sit on the sidelines while you watch the State take whats left of the business you someday hope to reclaim. Through there scare department the Dept. of Revenue
It's a hollow victory if we win in the courts and get fair new legislation if the State has already killed many businesses with over regulation and the movement in general has been set back years. Sorry doesn't just seem to cut it.:stoned:

Hey Bear we are restocked on everything as of Thursday, the sale prices have wiped us out but we all the strains coming in fresh from warehouse. I will be around Thursday and Friday, and Otis toys is wrong on his information, Heather (My Girl Long Brown Hair worked all of o9 and part of 2010) and I will be stepping back into tend the store along with are friend Steveo. it's true we have gone through changes but you will be seeing some of our goodies entered in the upcoming cannabis cup, and all though we do not have 100 choices any longer everything we have these days is something to write home about, try the Chem-4 and read the test report (25%thc) we have had the Deathstar and others tested also, we are pretty proud of the results. look forward to seeing you if you make it Thursday Friday or over the weekend.
The crew you will see at GM anymore will be familiar faces, we have been busy with warehouses and forced marriages and trying to keep up with the laws as well try to get Senators to introduce laws that are friendly to the movement. so if you have not seen me for awhile there is a reason, and it's not because I have been sitting on my rear.
As always we appreciate your support you are one of our oldest and loyalest customer and we appreciate it, and I know you have many choices to choose from but I think you know we will always do our best to take care of ya.
