That seems to be a city of Boulder thing, but we are still not sure we want to sell clones, unless to the patients we caregive for or have been long time supporters want or need some, I will let you know.

will do I also want to talk with you about the Lug Nuts thing I will get it to you, it seems like it's a unhappy anti-cannabis so called do-gooder that seems to halve the same hatred to all of us up here in the movement. I think his days are numbered as far as getting away with attempted assaults. Ned is a small nit community as you know and I knew it would only be time before it came out.

1. Employ rude, disinterested single staffer whose only verbal skill seems to be repeating the sentence "my boss told me this is what I have to do".
2. Require prior customers to fill out all new paperwork "because the law changed" (???- when, in July?)
3. Title said new forms "membership application"
4. Don't allow old customers see what's on the shelves before filling out all the new paperwork.

We have replaced our staff as of 2/3/11

as far as the paperwork goes we had to do this according to lawyers to be compliant. as of July 2010. The real enforcement starts March 1st of 2011 we are being warned by DOR. They have already confiscated a warehouse ( Optional Grow) because the Centers paperwork did not add up, no warnings, no fines, just shut down and confiscated. The guy lost his whole investment of well over $100,000.00.

There is no excuse for employees being rude and that is being dealt with. But we have to do what we have to do to comply with this bullshit of 1284 and that is to protect the investment of time and $$$ that we have into this.
