    Question about Substitution/Dilution threads

I was reading through these threads and was very impressed and grateful for the information presented by IamN2Pot and other posters...now my question is is this information still valid? I noticed the last post was last year on both threads, and know the medical/drug-testing industry never sleeps, so I'm curious as to if anyone knows these methods are still effective. Thanks

    Question about Substitution/Dilution threads

I can speak for dillution. I followed the sticky plus advice from members and it worked for me. I was a daily smoker and abstained for 25 days plus ate a high fiber diet, took metamucil and excercised more. I was passing dilluted at 7 days and passed naturally at 21 days. The other factor was abstaining from smoking. If you dillute the more time you have the better and forget about the aspirin its now outdated and sub gatorade for water.

    Question about Substitution/Dilution threads

The only other thing that isn't necessary anymore on the dillution sticky is the aspirin. They've changed the emit test so aspirin doesn't work anymore.

I used n2's dilution sticky 2 months ago and passed a DOT NITA test. N2's wisdom still works.

    Question about Substitution/Dilution threads

I can't say anything about dilution because I've never tried it. However, substitution in most situations is still a sure thing. Be sure that the product you purchase is stored properly and mixed exactly as the instructions say (if synthetic). If you're using a real sample, make sure its refridgerated or frozen (depending on how long you're storing it). Personally, my boyfriend and I have been sharing a Pissinator, which comes with a synthetic sample but you can fill it with a real one if you can find a clean donor. Check out the Pissinator update thread and use your own judgement.

    Question about Substitution/Dilution threads

in response to you question about sub/dilute methods. i can speak for using the substitution method. both me and my wife currently have had to take tests (mine observed). i got advice on this forum to try the Pissinator, which came with 1 synthetic sample. that's what i used and it worked great. my wife is able to get urine from one of her girlfriends and sub it for her own using the pissinator bladder. the most important thing regarding subbing (synthetic & real) is to make sure the temp is accurate. too high or too low and they will know (if they are checking). the other is if your are using a synthetic, make sure that it is mixed exactly as stated on the package.

i was afraid that if i dilluted i would get it wrong; the substitution method works the best, in my opinion.

good luck in whichever method you choose.
