Also SSA has me as 100% disabled. I have had 4 major spine surgeries with titanium rods and cages etc. plus 3 shoulder surgeries. my doctors from workers comp will not issue referral for cannibas, I have all my medical records in hand I takethe following meds: NORCO, OPANA, OXYCONTIN, VALIUM, SONATA, FLECTOR PATCHES, PLUS LITHIUM FOR DEPRESSION. and this has been ongoing since Rating: 5
