I was in my friends basement, and we smoked like 3 or 4 bowls of pot mixed with some sticky ass opie, and ive never been higher
i was siting on his couch watching two of my other friends play C-Lo, and the dice got fuckin huge, either that or i fuckin shrunck down to the size of a fuckin ant, i couldnt move for like 2 hours

ive only done weed shrooms opium, and i drink and smoke cigarettes.. It hard to tell my first and only mushroom trip was wild. I imagined i was in the fruit by the foot factory looking at a roll going continuosly playing to ccr. Also at a pavilion by some soccer fileds on a wall the wood gains colors glowed, same happened to money for a bottle. Then i just ended up talking to my friend smoking cigarettes for a while.

Weed With opium is good but i actually get more fucked up from weed at least in the head. Opium has the full body buzz too so it is a little different. Weed has a similar one to though.

Weed alone i get fucked up on all the time. Smoke a few bowls of good sshwag and go crazy for a while.

Now after all the random stuff i just realized i wrote i will finaly answer the question.
The most fucked up i've gotten and remembered lie within a couple times. At one of them for about 2 weeks i was in on an 18 out of a big PVC bong. Alot for me since i had only been smoking frequenlty for a month. I would get fucked up and actually tripped a bit once. I thought i was in the mafia but it was in the 20s. My and my friend used this smoking method to day but baked out a car with that and a joint, so we were all fucked up. I thought it waS one of the old cars and we are all sitting in there in suits and hats. we are in his garage at this point just sitting there. i look out the window and back. and i see a car with a guy holding out a gun shooting at me so i shoot him. It was crazy, almost like a movie or video game or something along those lines. The second one is i did the same smoking method constantl over a weekend and drank on that friday so i dont remember abything past friday, and only a little on friday itself. the last one was recently. 3 of my friends and i smoked an 1/8. we all hacve low tolerances too. Then 2 of my friends go a little faster and get ahaead so im walking with my one friend. Are already at the railroad tracks so they look past a house and say, "shit the cops!." and jump down. The friend next to me darts down befor e the 2 spotters. i follow right behing. It ends up being a trick and i end up with a huge adrenalikne rush to go on top of being stoned.

Theres been 3 times where iv been so fucked that i couldnt control my behaviour and didnt know what i was doin
When i was one acid alcohol and weed, everyhing had grey shadings around it.
My 1st time i was on weed, shivering and freaking out.
The other night had some playstations, meth and weed. Very fucked, hallucinated heaps for some reason, felt like my room was swirling around me.

proberly last night i was the most fucked up ever, i was tripping my balls off on dxm and then smoked like 3 bowls out of a bong, i was fuckn gone in another dimension, i couldnt see straight but im pretty sure i felt like i was out of my body, i had crazy closed eye patterns, peoples faces began to look like other peoples to a point were i questioned who they were, and it felt like i was watching myself acting in a movie.

First time I smoked a blunt and about a 3rd of it by myself...now before that i'de never smoked that much weed before in one session. So I put it out and sat around with my parents as usually friday nights and noticed I was totally fucked up I knew i'de gag and being around my mom gaging after smoking weed means there'd be a argument about me quiting so I went upstairs. Once upstairs I sat on my bedroom floor and started paninking, I started having one thought after the other and then forgeting something i was thinking about and then i'de panic if it was important or not. I was pariniod as fuck! Man...I then tried to lie down...bad mistake, not even 5 minutes I threw up on my floor. Then got all pariniod my parents heard me and started blasting music...also bad mistake...The music made it even worse. By the end of the night I had thrown up 5 times. And my step dad noticed something was wrong and came up to ask if I was mad at him. But i still smoke like a motherfucker and it never happend again.
