I'd take about 4 or 5 of them. I've done this before, I'm about 6 foot and weigh 150 and i was buzzin' realy good with 5. 3 is a waste of time and will barley do anythign I would go 4 or 5 and if you have an empty stomach it's better (in my opinion) but some people get a stomach ache. Good luck.
