New to Forums in General

Hi Everyone,

I am new to the whole forum world, but I am liking the willingness of others to share their time and information with others who come with questions and curiosity. That's really cool.

I am currently in CA with a medical license as a disabled Gulf veteran who lives daily with chronic pain, a traumatic brain injury with seizures, and PTSD with anxiety disorder and depression. Cannabis was the only medication that took care of my overall symptoms giving me my life back without destroying my liver or kidneys from the pharmaceuticals that they wanted to give me in the amount of fourteen pills a day. I don't think so; and, that is when cannabis became my friend and what a wonderful friend she has been for me.

I am considering moving to Texas. I was wondering how far off Texas is to legalizing cannabis or is the whole drug issue over the borders messing with the politician's heads in Texas to the point that hell would freeze over before Texas gave the right back to the citizens anytime soon. Is law enforcement over there on a mission to lock everyone up and through away the key for rolling and burning or is it a slap on the hand? I'm not looking for 6 months because I need to take care of my medical conditions. How is it over there for all of you living in Texas dealing with this issue?

Hey Zero,

My empathy on your condition. I went twice on this most recent installment of the perpetual war in the Middle East and counted myself lucky to get back with all my fingers and toes, considering how many times I should've been blown up with all the time outside the wire. I think you've settled on a good & natural remedy though. I hope the herb does well at calming your mind and body. Having been most recently from Texas, I noticed that the cops couldn't care less if there was a meth lab down the street, but if they smelled the faintest odor of herb, they were all over that like it was about to explode. So I'd be super careful down there if you don't want a little visit from the cops, the army, or both.
