Another question is how much bigger will they get during flowering. I am trying to keep a low profile but my plants are frankly growing like weeds and are getting quite big. Should I prune them more to make them more unnoticable? I would appreciate any help. thank you.
No you shouldn't cut them, but I think you should tie the tops gently down, so it does not get taller, yet not putting any stress on the plant. As far as the flowering period, ... the longest day of the year passed on June 20th (first day of summer), so generally (depending on strain) you will see signs in late July.
