I've read a lot now to understand the dangers of light leaks. I'm going to construct a shield tomorrow but so far I don't think the light leaks have affected her. How long after the exposure did the plants hermie up on you? That is obviously the last thing I want !

    Hey Guys

Here are some pics about a month into flowering. Buds are coming on great but some of the leaves (mainly the bigger fan leaves at the top that I haven't trimmed yet) are turning yellow and drooping a bit. At the moment she's getting about 4ltrs of H20 every evening and that's all. Any suggestions or comments greatly appreciated

The first white hairs have started to come through!!!!! They are too small to capture on my crappy camera but this gives me a lot of hope that is is infact female! She is adjusting to being outside 24/7 very well and is standing strong(with the help of some bambo) whilst enjoying the great weather we've had today. Hopefully things will just keep getting better from here on in and all the storms are behind us!

Here's a few new photos. Next update will probably be the start of August when hopefully we'll be able to see some bud action

    Cheers

That's a real beauty, tingting! Let em' droop and yellow and fall off, that's healthy at this point in the game. Makes for some nice lime green buds. Conrats.
My posts are completely hypothetical fiction. The photographs I post were found on the internet. I only post on these forums as a kind of fantasy gardening.

I think it needs fed. But im not sure what you should start with. Still looks like a nice plant though. Its pot doesnt look real big. That would make that plant huge in a big ass fresh pot with all the goodies to finish in.

    Thanks guys

The pot is actually half in the ground and is a 40ltr tub I think. No way I can move her now. She is now over 8ft!!!! It's really windy here today. I'll post more pics soon, she's starting to smell real good.

Really windy here today. Just got back from work and one of the branches had snapped off! It was a smaller one from the back which wasn't getting that much light. I have secured the plant much better now so fingers crossed that is the only one that gets damaged.

How much of a big deal is this by the way. Any chance it will stress the plant out so much that It dies or should it be ok. Pics to follow.

PS. How should I go about drying the branch out so I can try it, this is my first grow

    Thanks

    Hello Guys

So the branch snapping didn't seem to effect the plant at all. In fact since I have pruned some of the dying/unwanted leaves she has been putting a lot more energy into the buds which are coming on very very nicely. The difference each day makes is huge. Just measured her for the first time in ages and she is now 7ft and 5 inches! She has approx 38 branches and now some of the branches are growing new branches off them where I pruned some of the leaves!!! I'm going to try and get a good photo of this in the next few days once they have grown some more. Exciting times!

Here are the latest photos, buds coming along very nicely!

    Cheers
