Thanks for the reply, I only got the one charge, possesion of a controlled substance, and another question if anyone knows, once you have something on your record, how long until you can ask to have it removed? I know its a couple years maybe more.

Busted In Ontario Well, everybody I was at party, cops got called and in their search of the premesis they looked in my car and saw my bong laying on the passenger side, and some other paraphinalia as well as about 5 grams of weed. I got burned for possesion and have got a court date, in my experience as long as its clear your not selling cops just take your shit and let you on your way, not this time. Im just wondering if anyone else has been in this situation and can enlighten me on what to expect, as Rating: 5
