Too much Red. The red/blue ratio has a great effect on plant growth including strectch. More blue for cuttings and seedlings and vegative growth then more red for flowering. Weezard has a set-up with a knob to adjust amount of red to blue ratio....called it "dial-a-stretch" as I recall.

Nice pics, things look to be going well. Did not notice excessive tip burn, but that usaually is first sign of pushing a little too hard with nutes. Keep in mind also your grow medium will not dry out as fast under LED as with other lighting, and getting a dry period between waterings is important for plant health (especially roots).
