I'm scared shitless of going to jail

Well here is my two cents. I did over 300 days for weed when I was 18 and it sucked and I received a felony for it in the great state of wi. They can interpret the law per county there not state wide mandatory minimums like most places. Jail was full of my friends and it still sucked, and having that strike on my record kinda blows being that I like guns and gov pensions aren't a bad thing either. I had one plant that was about a 4 footer and then I had some bags to sell so they got me with intent and manufacturing green. Overall I learned that the system is retarded and so was I for playing so loose with it like I had. Now I have more money and some smarts that I was lacking before so things are a bit different but I still would do some soul searching about growing and losing your freedom and then get your shit locked down and clean up your act a bit to be on the safe side. Not saying stop but just do a run down of security and all the things you can do to protect yourself...Wi can suck for pot heads but great soil outside.... :stoned: oh and if you are worried then put it outside now is the time and you will still have time for a great harvest..:rastasmoke:

Most states have a process where you can get your rights back when getting a felony. Here in Washington you have to wait 5 years before you can apply. Knew a guy in Cali that had killed a guy in a bar fight with a broken beer bottle. He served 11 years. Kept his ass clean and got his right to vote and to carry a concealed weapon back. He had to hire an attorney to do it.

Relax just be aware, Shit I live in Cali and grew for years and years. a very long time. I have been busted before it was legal with no worries. but this time is different. They took my kids. I was legal and had all the paperwork, but it didnt stop the poliice from taking my kids. I got them back and case dismissed. but the police are still trying to come after me in criminal court. Jail is very real, lucky i grew up on the streets but i see many a fool get jacked in jail. I hope you continue to grow. the gardening of the plants is healing. Please do not surcome to the injustice we have here. But do not tell anyone and do not tell anyone and do not tell anyone.

Jail is hardly what most people put it out to be,
you wont get raped,stabbed,or fucked with.

ive been growing for 2 years and have had numerous music complaints to my house and have had the cops to my house many times,i just have a good closet location and i havent showed people my plants either!

its not that hard not to get caught.

Obviously you've been locked up in Mayberry before!! If you are busted for a crime the first place they will take you will be jail and chances are you will make bail and get out on bond waiting for court. If the court convicts you of a crime it's on to the penetentiary to serve your time if you think you want get messed with you don't have a clue. I personally have been in the penetentiary and it is nothing like you described, so don't tell somebody about something that you know nothing about that is not fare to him.

I've been watching this msnbc "lockup" series and its absolutely nuts in there. I had a nightmare that I was just working in the jail, inmates gained control of an area, and raped me.

I woke up absolutely terrified and then looked at my single plant operation in my closet. Then checked out consequences for minimum production in the state of Wisconsin. 3.5 years. A nightmare is one thing but I have something in my closer that could basically be my ticket to LIVE that nightmare.

I'm just doing this for my own personal use and quite honestly, as a hobby I'm having a lot of fun with. I don't intend to grow my operation to more than one plant but god damn, I'm thinking of ripping up my girl right now...

Not to thread jack but I was dumb and got in trouble about 5-6 years later after my felony and got a misdemeanor, and now that is not an option for me...but it does exist. I can vote just not sneak up on someone with a concealed weapon.... No worries tho I have no real need for that its all about peace in my world..Oh and I am huge..and scary..

Get a couple of cherry nose pits they'll give you the time to eat all your plants before the 5-0 get into your house lol and if that fails...don't bend for the soap!

Ill give yo a few tips man.

Police dont just come to your house looking for weed. Even if they do they need a warrent to get in UNLESS. You let them in. IF you dont have police comming to your house for other reasons you are fine. Even if someone tells them you are growing they have to have some kind of proof before they can just come in and look. Even suspicious light isn't enought to get a warrent and come breaking your door down. They need solid proof. The only real way to get caught is if they can see it. High electric bills wont work in there favor either. For them to enter your house without a warrent they have to have like i said a warrent, you let them in, or probable cause to enter. Otherwise your fine.

Have you ever watched the show COPS or any of the others like SWAT? They show them going after dealers and such. But what do they do? They sit and wait and watch for someone to acually buy or send in a undercover. Just because they suspect them doesn't mean that they are acually selling or doing anything else illegal. After they have proof of what is going on then they go in other wise they can't do shit. All they can do is watch your house. I know you dont plan on selling with one plant so your worries are minimum.

I am a part time Fugitive Recover Agent that grows. I deal with warrents all the time. I also work close with the POPO all the time with some of my cases. One of the last thigs they are worried about are growers. Trust me on this I spend a shit load of time at the Pig Pen to know. Plus I have a few priends that are POPOs and they dont look for growers. The only way they find them is by accident or or you are being dumb and bragging.

Major rules to follow:

DONT BRAG ABOUT YOUR SHIT.
DONT LET THE POPO IN UNLESS THEY HAVE A WARRENT.
KEEP YOU STUFF HIDDEN. NOT VISIBLE THREW YOUR WINDOWS.

AND

YOU WILL DO JUST FINE.

Hope that settled your mind a little. I had a load of the same questions when I first started as well. I know the laws in my state and I know what can happen

Cut your lawn, smile at your neighbours. Don't show anybody your gear. All the guys I know that have busts either went too big or they had big mouths.

The chances of someone going to jail for a few plants is pretty damn small in reality.
Pay your power bill, cut your grass and be a good neighbor and you'll be fine. Oh ya, STFU is the #1 rule of any grow no matter how large/small.

Any lawyer in Oregon (my state) could get you no jail time for a few plants of a personal grow. And that's only IF you get caught. Which won't happen if you fly under the police radar and aren't selling off to school children.
