I try to put them horizantal, tap root facing sideways. Let them figure out which way is up.
oldmac Reviewed by oldmac on . is this Bulls*** or what?? my friend and i were watching a clip on youtube about germination and planting the seed etc etc.. and the guy in the clip said NOT to plant the seed with the tail facing downwards,as the root turns in a circle before growing down the way.He said to plant it with the tail upwards as the plant may have ran out of energy before it can surface,therefore killing it!!!
