welcome ma'am i'm a newbie myself & it sure is hot here in cenla but you just water those ladies in the a.m. & try to let them get 5 hours of direct sun & i dont know a whole bunch about bugs, but i had a lil bug problem myself and i was told to do this and it worked, take ciggaret butts about half way smoked and boil them hard for about 15 mins then strain, pour in a spray bottle & spray your plants and the base and all around, tabacco is natural & does not hurt your ladies, but bugs sure dont like the stuff.. best of luck and karma on your grow if you need anything just holla..
