I smoke 4 joints over the weekend, i am 6'1'' tall and weight around 170, slender build, i know everybody is different as far as metabolizam, so just need approximate time, oh this was my first time in a year to smoke

If thats your first time I would guess a week to maybe 2 weeks to be clean enough to pass a ua. You could buy some cheap thc test strips to test yourself at home.
