Need some info on my drug tests results

I have a drug test scheduled for next week....im 23 days clean and I have been working out constantly...last week I took a personal test at Labcorp...it was positive....and the GC/MS said I had 70 ng/ml..will i be good if i test next week....I been using niacin and palo azul....niacin only to speed up my metabolism. Please help!

When next week? What is your smoking history and personal stats? If you still have over a full week do the following. Cardio exercise every day, really kick it up. Run, bike, tennis, basketball whatever you need to do for an hour a day to get your heart pumping and your body to burn fat. Eat a high fiber diet this week, learn to love salad and veggies. Try eating 5-6 small meals to keep your metabolism up. Take metamucil every day, it will aid in directing thc metabolites to your feces instead of your urine. Stay hydrated but don't over do it, 8 - 8oz glasses a day.
3 days before your test, stop working out and switch to a high fat diet and start taking a creatine supplement, go to gnc. Read up on the dillution sticky. The day of your UA, follow the sticky exactly except sub gatorade for water.

You will also want to get some home tests to see how you are doing. A couple days before your UA practice dillution on yourself and see how you do, test yourself. If you are still failing or are nervous, consider subbing, read up on that sticky too.
