Plant Problem!!

Ok so im about 5 weeks into my grow, and now my plant is dieing. It shrivialed up and wont grow anymore. Can i fix this? Is there anything i can do to bring it back? I just moved it into a bigger pot.
I know it got to hot a few days ago, but its not coming back..
Any tips or advice would be great!

What lights are you using?
what soil & have you used any ferts yet?
Did you disturb the roots much
How often are you watering?

Try reading other people's posts asking the same questions, you will find your answer quicker and learn a lot more while you read on.
