I AM A MMJ PATGIENT IN COLORADO AND I WANT TO ORDER SEEDS FROM BC BUDS... THEY CARRY PLAN B COLLECTIVE BLACK INDICA! THE BEST SHIT IVE EVER HAD! SINCE I HAVE A RED CARD CAN I LEAGALLY PURCHASE SEEDS WITHOUT GETTING THEM CONFISCATED IN ROUTE TO MY HOUSE????
PLEASE, IF ANYONE CAN ANSWER THIS I'D APPRECIATE IT.

I'm not sure about that, but I have a pretty decent system figured out for getting seeds. I usually buy from seedboutique.com, and they send you the seeds in a tiny, discreet box marked "travel game." When I get them, I mark the letter with a black marker "Return to Sender" and let it sit for a few days. If a cop were to ever show up and found that box, it would appear that something had been sent to me by mistake and was never opened, and I just hadn't gotten to mailing it back yet. I guess if you're really concerned about it, you could just get a P.O. box and check it weekly or something. That limits your exposure, since a cop couldn't get a warrant to search your house just because you mistakenly got seeds in your P.O. box.

I dont care if they come to my door after i get them. I can leagally posess seeds and grow marijuana. I'm just afraid to pay 100.00 and they seize them before i get them!

I'm in Aurora and have never had a problem with it. The time you have to be worried about is it going through customs. That's when they X-ray stuff and carefully look at packages. I've had several orders and never had any come up missing.
