Theres 2 camps in Wisconsin here one by Lacross and one in madison. Whats funny is most of the ones by the rail ways and high ways are the ones they spent Millions making air tight and putting new gas/furnace systems in. I can see how as a last ditch effort if fema was really a good agency these camps would serve for a break down of society or mass pandemic help center type shit. But do you really wanna take that chance???? HELL NO!
