How much time do you have if you can delay the UA to the last possible day? The more time you have the better your results will be.
Great that you are taking home tests I was going to advice that. If you are going to go with dillution, practice it a couple of more times. Also plan on taking a creatine supplement, buy them at gnc, at least 3 days prior to your ua and up to the day of your ua. When you dillute for the actual ua, drink gatorade intead of water. The creatine and gatorade will help if the lab tests for dillution. Some fail with dillution because their creatinine and specific gravity tests don't pass. This is all covered in the dillution sticky. Be careful that you dont take excess fluid just follow the sticky.

I spoke to someone who used to work at the place and i was told that testing is extremely strict for this particular job and i would be monitored; therefore substitution, my original plan, is not an option. i haven't smoked for 4 days; however, i was a once-a-day smoker prior.
