I was a pretty regular smoker. I am being tested to take an EMT class at a local community college...

Anyway, I would smoke about 3.5 grams a week. Not too much, but I was a pretty regular user - kinda like vitamins

Anyway, I have an extremely rigorous workout regimen (5 days a week) and I haven't smoked in about a month...

Will I have an issue? If I should be worried, what are some rules for dilution?

you should be fine if you're average weight/height/etc...

i'd suggest investing in a home drug test (available at CVS for $15.00) and testing yourself.

i workout myself on a daily basis and passed a home test in 6 days with a fairly strong line after smoking daily for a good couple months prior.

in terms of dilution, there is a sticky posted that is helpful on the top of the drug testing forum entitled "DILUTION: tips, tricks and guidelines"
