Yeah, it happens, bro. I used to get panic attacks regularly. I've found that as long as you occupy your mind and/or body with something specific, the sideffects are generaly deleted. Along with correct breathing, of course. You can do something active (i.e. sports, running, martial arts, skating, etc.) for the body, or something creative and engaging for the mind. Sometimes even simple problem solving helps.

To me, it really is all a practice in focusing the consicousness, to achieve a desired effect. Listen to your body, and go with the flow.
