if you have big enough containers, should do ok

read all you can on growing .
and stick to the basics of it

it just needs light water and nutrients and time to grow in a place where the roots aint gonna crowd and choke each other

seen some nice plants grown in 5 gallon buckets
use good soil, that is buy some potting soil and manure and mix it
that is what i use,,,i add blood meal to bottom of the holes a fill with it
can add variations in many ways but basically
it just needs some decent soil to get its food from.

read up on fertilizers
and what ones are for what purpose
natural is best ,cant really give them to much if u use natural things
it will take what it needs and no more (compost comes to mind)

you go dumping ferts on it thinking to make it grow big fast you do it no good
and more than likely burn it up with nitrogen
big first timers mistake is with that.

my best advise to any one that dont know about farming anything

is to read up of PH balance,,,,and buy some test kits

speaking of which i plan on posting a homeade test kit idea on the boards

but buy one they are cheep
keeping the soil ph balance is DAM IMPORTANT especially in containers
cuase you can change it so fast without even knowing.

hope ive helped
