HI new here. Probation for dui..

Hey guys. New here and like reading up on all of this. I was driving home going 5 miles over and I got pulled over. Friday night cop seen beer in my car . In the end i got arrested for a dui and they made me take blood test after they found majiuana in my car. I denied it all but they still fucked me and took $100 cash from me. This is AUBURN, WA police warning everyone out there.

Anyway I have Random UA every week (2 max). Before I got arrested I was high everyday for past 6 months, 7 days a week. I would smoke when I got up, Smoke after I ate. Smoke some more and more. At some point I was smoking 4 blunts a day. Back on topic.

I weigh 130 Lbs, I'm 5'10 (skinny)with a metabolism thats really fast. 12 days after I got arrested I came up clean with no THC in my system. In jail (2 days 3 nights) I didn't drink much I'm sure it could of been quicker.

I want to smoke. I sometimes feel like saying fuck you and smoking but I have a 30 day sentence over my head if i do. I hate the goverment.

Tomorrow afternoon I have a drug and alcohol evaluation, the better I do the less probation I get. Anyone here help me out on how to pass?

the chemical dependency evaluation is what will determine the conditions of your probation

obviously since you have a DUI you cannot say you do not drink, but deny using ALL other drugs. tell him that bag of weed was your friends that was left in there and you weren't thinking about it because you were drunk.

if the person doing the evaluation thinks even a little bit you are into drugs they will automatically recommend rehab and your probation officer could potentially force you into it.

tell him you NEVER drive drunk and it was a one-time thing, and definitely a mistake. let him know all of the positive things in your life and make him believe that all of the things that happened to you are not worth going to rehab for.

i could not see someone being forced into rehab for a single DUI but if they admitted to smoking weed on the regular it could be another story, but lie your ass off if you know what's good for you.

I don't understand. You said you are clean so what's the problem? If you are clean then you will pass any UA.

Everyday I think about smoking. I'm so tempted to but I have a 30 day probation violation sentence over my head. Trying to reduce my probation to as little as possible

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. If you have nothing better to do, then I suggest looking for a group to help stop you from violating your probation. Otherwise you can look for something else constructive to do or goto jail :P
