    Need a lil help

A buddy of mine got a hold of a large quantity of green and to keep the smell down and hidden from his GF he put it all in ziplock's and a plastic tub/bin with dryer sheets. Now the green absorbed the scent of the dryer sheets and when smoked can also be tasted. Any ideas on how to resolve this problem. Any help would be appreciated because don't want a lot of $ flushed down the toilet.

You could try water curing your weed... im not sure it would work for removing the dryer sheets smell, but i think its worth a try.

Just stick your bud in a wide mouth jar, weight it down (Pot will float in water unless weighted down. I use a small jar lid and marbles) and cover with water. Let it sit for 24 hours, drain and refill. Let it sit, repeat until the water comes out clear. Dry your bud- which will look ugly, and have the smoothest smoke you've had in quite a while! If the original flavor was OK, but just too strong, you might try just one 'go round" on the curing. - Granny:hippy:
There are several threads about water curing. Another of them is this one:

    And good luck!

That's some funny shit, I used to put my bud with oranges so it can taste like oranges when I smoked.

You're pretty much stuck with it, but you're not dumping money in the toilet, it's still the same bud, you're just gonna have to smoke it with that taste in it or try selling it.

I actually had the orange idea bouncing around in my head, thinking maybe the orange smell & taste would overpower the sheets. I guess at this point nothing really could hurt or get much worse. Thanks for the help.

Im not sure to be honest, i've heard good things about orange peel in with the grass. maybe spreading it out on a towl in the sun may kill some of the smell/taste?
