which is better?
i have been researching a few vaps and i saw the two im most interested in. Both made by the same company.....the silver surfer and da buddha vap. has anyone used these? can someone give me a good idea to which one is better and why? I'm leaning toward da buddha because it's already made with ground glass so no holding it up to the heater. Please give ur opinions

Hello GrowinGreen23,
I happen to own and use a SSV, which btw can be used hands free with the use of a thin stainless piece they make for it. I can't remember for sure if it's an optional piece or if it came with it. It also can be had with custom glass for the heater cover and whip mouth pieces. Plus I think the SSV just looks cooler, I'm partial to it cause Willie uses one.
I also bought 10 Da Budda's that are in use with patients (cancer and/or hospice) that I take care of (plus abt 6 of another brand). I have not had a problem with any of the da buddas and they all have been in continuous use for more then a year. I believe the ground glass whips are easier to use hands free then the SSV, since they don't require the stainless clip. My patients seem to find them easy to use and adopt to using them very well, without any of them having ever vaped before.
Really can't say which is best, since they funtion virtually the same. I can tell you IMHO the Da Budda is a better deal cost wise, and the company making them has been great to deal with.Keep it civil please, gentlemen. -StinkyAttic

They're the same as far as the guts. The DBV is considerably cheaper to manufacture as far as time and materials, thus the $83 price difference, including shipping. If you want hands free the DBV is a no brainer IMO, and considering the nice storage/carry bag that comes with it, it beats all the box vapes as best whip value for the money.
