Possession of marijuana (hemp) seeds In the process of starting some growing of my own and possibly ordering seeds off a website seedbank I was wondering what local and state laws are for possessing marijuana/hemp seeds. In other words, if there is no sign of growing/cultivating material, is it legal for me to possess these seeds? I've looked all over the internet for laws about this and have found almost nothing.
