why didn't you post the pictures where you posted the questions? this would have made much more sense, instead of creating a new post.

You should have just posted the pics on the same thread instead of making a second, but oh well.

Those were the questions I believe.
You should definitely think of investing in a timer for your lights. Just continue flowering as normally and do not remove foliage unless 50% or more damaged.
What type of lighting are you using?
As far as drainage, when I made my soil for my mother I made sure to put enough perlite in the soil to allow for proper drainage and also added drainage holes at the bottom of the container. Im not really a soil grower but I hope that information helps you somewhat.

im using 3 x 75 watt flourescent tubes, two overhead plants and one behind at a side angle with reflective soil , im using a mature plant compost great for flowering plants with styrofoam chips and large stones in the base for drainage the plant on the left is draining perfectly but the other one isnt draining at all? would it maybe because the other plant is a lot stockier and taller and uptakes more through its roots?@

Your plant that isn't draining as well may be the one that needs more root growth. The other may be the one that drains well because the roots have taken up all the soil in the pots, so they don't have much soil to soak up the moisture. I could be wrong though! :stoned:
