I made the switch today to the anabolic diet--40% protein and 60% fat w/lots of veggies & carb-loading on the weekends--the whole idea behind it is to make your body burn fat for energy rather than carbs, muscle, etc., so I figure what better time to switch to it than now? I am going to wait until the weekend before my test to carb load (12 days with no carbs) to give myself some extra time to burn off body fat. With my limited knowledge of the inner workings of the body, I can't be sure if that will make a difference on drug tests, but I'm hoping so! THC is stored in fat, so if I get rid of the fat, I should also lower the THC stored in my body, right? I think I may make another trip to the grocery store today to get some metamucil to use on top of my extra flax intake.

After reading the sticky topic on diluting, I'm thinking I may give that a shot to increase my chances of showing up clean. Little did I know that my creatine supplement will make it so easy. :P I typically take a few grams post-workout, would you recommend that I start using it every day or just make sure to use some the day of my UA?

I appreciate the input on Absolute Detox, but I've heard so many mixed reviews of (and seen too many friends locked up after using) so many of those type of products that I can't put my freedom on the line with a product I'm not 100% sure will work for me. If I fail, I don't just not get a job--I get locked up til around this time next year. Not something I'm going to chance! Again, thank you though.
