about to purchase for first timer

hey guys, i want to purchase a 3x3x7 tent with 2 600 lamps MH & HPS, i would like to know the best route to take to minimize sound (if any), smell, heat, and humidity. i plan to use coco core and extract any excessive water daily. this will go in an apartment closed on the last floor of a building.

I don't know how you are gonna fight heat. I run 1 400 (not air cooled or anything) in a tent about that size and I have ac running in via a duct and I still run high temps around 88 or so in the summer. Might want to focus on that primarily if you are going to run 2x600's. Maybe look into liquid cooled or some air cooled hoods with a huge exhaust fan.

For smell you will need a carbon filter (will be a must with the creatures you will grow under 1200w in that small space).

The only sound you should have to worry about is the fans, and if you keep them off the floor and out of contact with walls (ie: hang them with supplied hardware to the inside of the tent frame), they shouldn't be too loud if in a confined space behind a door.

Humidity. You will need to set up your space and monitor it for a few days before you begin. Set lights on schedule and monitor the temp/humid. You might find that it isn't an issue, then add life to the space and monitor again. It may change it may not, depends on too many variables to predict for your grow specifically. Chances are if you control your heat with proper exhaust of the tent you won't run into too many humidity probs indoors.
