Also, one of the plants is showing signs of nute burn? The funny thing is that I am not using nutes right now.

H) Source of water. (tap or filtered) Ph of water is 5...distilled water from store.
I) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule. one feed every day for 15 minutes, nutes being used are 3 part GH system. 1.5ml-1.5ml-1.5ml

In initial post you said no nutes as they are babies. But you list nutes used and feed schedule in your form. Please clarify.
