For dillution to work you need to follow the sticky including loading up on creatine 2-3 days prior to your UA. In your case if you are passing an at home test you should be ok with a light dillution of 40 oz of gatorade. I would take another at home prior to your UA so you know how you are doing, thc levels can flucuate. You can pass one day and fail another. Good Luck.

I have only abstained for a week but am a fairly light smoker (a oney or two per day at most) with a very high metabolism and little to no body fat. I also just took an at home drug test from walgreens and it came out negative, although the line was quite faint.
