why?????

i'm really curious to get feed back on this but why do some people find it impossible to say goodbye to end things and move on instead of moving on with no clear ending.

i've had friends come and go and its no biggy as true friends will all ways be there but never need to say it, i've also been told by someone we would all ways be friends and then they never speak to me. as far as i'm aware i didnt do anything wrong and nothing was ever said, i just got ignored which really pisses me off. i dont particularly mind if someone decides for what ever reason not to carry on a friendship with me but at least have the balls to tell me, or am i wrong to expect that kind of courtesy?

i wouldnt normally be bothered but the friend in question does pop up out of the blue sometimes and tells me that i have done nothing wrong and that we're still cool yet we clearly arent as i often dont get replys to emails and i just wish he'd either say he cant be bothered and not bother or maintain some kind of contact why cant it just be simple?

if he doesnt want to maintain a friendship after all this time i wish he'd just say goodbye and be done with it at least then i wouldnt keep hoping for a friendship to rekindle.

nope just friendship but then i care about my friends passionately an i dont like people playing games when life is tough enough, keep things simple an clear. thats the way i see it. :thumbsup:

yeah i have friends like that too which is what i thought was the case with this friend but trouble is i wouldnt ignore any of my friends when they got in touch even though we dont speak all the time but he has ignored me lately an i dont know why.
