This is an assumption based on similar clients in NYC testing their contractors inorder to receive a security badge for the building - so it may be a building thing as opposed to the client, I am not exactly sure who is responsible for administering the test. I do know though that my employer does not test unless a person is suspected of using a substance while at the office, which I would not do as I am a firm Rating: 5
