Got a clear picture of the insects eating my friends plant!

The little buggers are eating my friend's plants away, some people said to add a mix of water with cyan pepper and garlic with tobacco or find a bunch of lady bugs and bring the plants indoors,

Anyone know what to do to rid these buggers please do let me know?

dish soap always works well. Just don't over due it. About 2 tablespoons per gallon about every 3 or 4 days.

A friend just told him to get natural soap, but do you spray it or rub it softly on the plants with your hand?
