are you getting adequate drainage? are you sure that's 35% perlite/vermiculite? it might just be the pics.

the cotyledon, the round leaves you refer to yellowing basically are food storage for your seedling.

I dont believe the soil has any nutes added, but in the process of googling that, I discovered an article talking about the poor quality of that particular soil. I mixed in the perlite and vermiculite pretty heavy, I was aiming for a 3:1 soil/perl-verm ratio but may have ended up closer to 2:1. I should be ph'ing the water down to 6.3 ? When I water the plant, alot of water drains out of the bottom fairly quickly, unsure if that is adequate or not. Plants are also in 4" pots, I have some 6" pots for their next replant. I think I will end up hunting down some higher quality soil for that though.. Thanks.
