SOMONE PLEASE HELP ME !!!

hey guys,
iv got my 1 and a half week seedling and its been fine up untill a day or 2 its started drooping alot and it has developed brown spots on the true leaves it is watered quite alot every 1 and a half days

i think the reason why it has the brown spots is because i sprayed water on the plants leaves and the lights must of burnt it because im using spotlights and they get hot iv attached some pics aswell
any help would be much appriceaited thanks guyys

it looks like over-watering is your main problem other than the fact that
you haven't bothered to read any of the many threads teaching people
how to deal with seedlings.
