the cotyledon are basically food storage for seedlings. it's perfectly normal for them to yellow up and die off, just like these guys said. ^^^^^

headshake Reviewed by headshake on . advice i post about a week ago i had a bug problem but i got some sticky paper and fly strips and its pretty much cleared up now. but this morning i noticed that my bottom two leaves (the oval ones) are turning yellow and are kind of droopy now. im new to growing and have been doing as much reading as i can. i dont think ive over watered because i only water a little bit every other day. its got me alittle worried so basicly im asking do these leaves really matter, should trim them or is it a Rating: 5
