download festival 2009

I was there and it was absolutely brilliant, it was my first time at download festival and i would recomend it to anyone who wants to go crazy for a weekend and has a love of rock and metal!

did anyone on here go?

i was blown away by some of the reactions from crowds and thought it was a really good line up was almost like time travel though as the weekend went on the bands got older lol

im looking forward to next year as i will definately be going again though my friends and i are on the look out for a new mascot as kuntfin (our blue inflatable whale mascot) was set free to ride the waves of the crowds to whitesnake's here i go again lol and he did us proud.

all i wanna know now is whos gonna be performing there next year!

I was there, it was wicked awesome! I went mainly for my favorite band of all time, Lamb of God, but I definitely enjoyed the other acts as well! :thumbsup:

EDIT: I was thinking of the one I went to way back I think it was 2007 (can't think straight right now) I didn't go to the new one. Who played at it?
